All appointment blocks require a non-refundable, non-transferrable** deposit. Please remember your professional has set aside time for you, by doing so they have to turn away other clients for this time slot, and this is how our professionals earn a living. All deposits and payments are Non-refundable and no exceptions will be made for refunding deposits or payments for service. (Please see more details below about how we can approve last minute appointment changes) Deposits are applied to your total purchase price when you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time to your appointment or call ahead if you will be late. Clients arriving 15 minutes late to the booked appointment time will be considered a no show. After 15 mins late you may be asked to reschedule which will require a new deposit. Tattoo appointments are required to provide a minimum of 14 days notice to reschedule your appointment and avoid the cancellation fee. Please be advised that cancellation for any reason at any time within 14 days of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total price of the booked time slot. The deposit will be applied toward this fee. * First time cancellation within 14 days of the appointment date will require a doctor's note or a police report to avoid a cancellation fee. The non-refundable deposit can then be applied to a new appointment date that must be confirmed within 24 hours of the missed appointment. ** Second time cancellations will default to the standard cancellation policy, even if a second doctor's note or police report is provided. There will be no transfers for deposits lost for a second time cancellation. A reschedule initiated from the artist does not change the booking policy. Thank you for booking with us!
