Cancellation Policy
All appointment blocks require a non-refundable, non-transferrable** deposit. All purchases from Savage Art Tattoo Studio and DBA Just Lobes are non refundable. Please remember your professional has set aside time for you, by doing so they have to turn away other clients for this time slot. All deposits and payments are Non-refundable. • If you cancel or request a reschedule within 14 days of your confirmed appointment please be aware that your deposit is forfeited & you may be required to pay an additional deposit to reschedule. • If your provider initiates a reschedule your deposit will still be applied towards your appointment total. • Deposits are non-refundable even if your provider reschedules your appointment. • Reschedule or cancellation requests 15+ days prior to the confirmed appointment will have the deposit applied to the new appointment date. Deposits are applied to your total purchase price when you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Please call ahead if you will be late, however this does not guarantee your provider will still be able to see you. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to the booked appointment time will be considered a no show & your deposit will be forfeited. * First time cancellation within 14 days of the appointment date will require a doctor's note or a police report to avoid forfeit of the deposit. The non-refundable deposit can then be applied to a new appointment date that must be confirmed within 24 hours of the missed appointment. ** Second time cancellations will default to the standard cancellation policy, even if a second doctor's note or police report is provided. There will be no transfers** for deposits lost for a second time cancellation. We make every effort to work with each client, however policies must be in place as a standard of operation.
